MB4I’s Lending Criteria
for Arizona, Utah, Oregon, Washington, Texas, Idaho
and New Mexico
- We fund residential properties for investment purposes only. We do not fund owner occupied properties.
- We offer a 6 month term. There is no prepayment penalty.
- We charge 1 to 5 points on the loan amount.
- Our rate is 14% to 24% A.P.R.
- We fund up to 75% of the property’s current market value.
- We require a 0% to 20% down payment based on the purchase price.
- We require at a minimum interest-only payments on a monthly basis.
- All title and escrow fees are the responsibility of the borrower.
- We require that a Loan Request Form be submitted for each loan request.
