  • We fund residential properties for investment purposes only. We do not fund owner occupied properties.
  • We offer a 6 month term. There is no prepayment penalty.
  • We charge 1 to 5 points on the loan amount.
  • Our rate is 14% to 24% A.P.R.
  • We fund up to 75% of the property’s current market value.
  • We require a 0% to 20% down payment based on the purchase price.
  • We require at a minimum interest-only payments on a monthly basis.
  • All title and escrow fees are the responsibility of the borrower.
  • We require that a Loan Request Form be submitted for each loan request.
