I am a wholesaler and often put together financing for my buyers. I called MB4I for some assistance on a property I was wholesaling that needed some "last minute saving grace". My buyer was using their IRA to purchase the property. Some other hard money guys in town were not going to do their loan as non-recourse (no personal guarantee-an IRA loan must be this way) and if they were, they were not going to lend the normal dollar amount. We were literally down to the last minute to get this deal done and with a busy holiday weekend sending everyone out of town. MB4I pulled the loan through within 2 days when no one else seemingly would. They were fantastic to work with and actually called and e-mailed people back with answers and solutions, sometimes even after business hours! We all were amazed and grateful! MB4I even lent based on the true after repair value of the property!
